For People Passionate About Their Fitness Goals + Finding Their Community
Our classes are designed to leave your mind, body, and soul feeling rejuvenated.
Forme is more than just a place to workout.
It was built for people who want to feel something when they move. For those who believe fitness should feel empowering, energizing, and shared. A place where effort is celebrated, community matters, and movement fuels life beyond the studio.
A message from our founder
It’s really simple for me - ever since I was little, I’ve loved being surrounded by people I love, moving, dancing, laughing, and truly enjoying life. I’m obsessed with rhythmic movement and the magic that happens when a group of people move together. There’s something powerful about building strength, confidence, and connection in the same room. That feeling when the music hits, the energy rises, and everyone is in it together. It’s powerful and makes you want more out of life.
There’s a quote from my childhood that my family can still recite to this day. All you have to say is, “Give me some music, give me some music,” and they’ll finish it with my response: “Because I’m about to dance!”
For me, it’s all about getting the most joy possible out of life. My favorite moments now look like a hike, bike ride, or a living-room dance party with my children, watching the sunrise with my husband, a boat ride with my parents, a volleyball game with my cousins, and sharing a good laugh with friends. This is what fuels everything we do at Forme - the way movement makes you feel in the moment, after, and in how it empowers you to live your best life.
