I am new to heated classes. Will I be able to handle it?

Heated classes are designed to be challenging, but they’re also designed to be adaptable.

The heat helps your muscles warm up more quickly, improves mobility, and allows you to move deeper into your workout. You are always encouraged to go at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and modify movements. There is zero pressure to “keep up.”

If it’s your first heated class, we recommend:

  • Hydrating well before you arrive + continue to hydrate throughout class

  • Listening to your body

  • Taking child’s pose or a reset whenever you need it.

What are beginner friendly classes?

Non-heated strength 45 is a great place to start! We do offer modifications in our classes designed for all levels. Sculpt 45 and Cardio Sculpt is what we would consider our most advanced because its a quicker pace.

What should I wear or what do I need to bring?

Please bring your own mat to all classes except HIIT. You will wear no socks or grippy socks for sculpt and pilates classes, grippy socks or tennis shoes for cardio sculpt. Please wear tennis shoes for all strength classes.
